Most Beautiful Polish Rooster!!!

He is pure and beautiful! The breeder where I got the eggs from said that this is the first time that any chickens from her have been this color!! (breeder from here) and I think he is the most beautiful and I have yet to see a roo that looks anything CLOSE to him! His name is Rio.

Picture quality of my camera just doesn't give him justice! He is so pretty. What would you call a color like him? I am thinking either a "Blue Cuckoo polish" ? or "Blue Barred polish" ?
