Most Cold Hardy Breed?

Not one bird goes out of the coop from december till end of march. Not ont want anything to do with snow not one duck or chicken.. we have insane amounts here. I do t blame them though its about -25 to -35C all winter long... i might mix them a small enclosed section outside with vaper barrier to seal the snow out, maybe they will go out after that.
