Not quite the MOST colorful rooster, but if you want the 'classic' rooster - Brown Leghorn.

As for stunning, gorgeous and colorful - Golden Phoenix, or Black Breasted Red Phoenix.

Strangely enough, I find the Brown Leghorn VERY pretty. I think I'll get one of those, and name him..... SAMPSON!

if you want something like the brown leghorn but with more shiny colors i would get a lacy roundhead cock google it on images they are sooooo nice! and they are game so they are more alert and do a better job at protecting ur girls than a leghorn. unlike leghorns they can fight small intruders such as cats, dogs, and falcons
