Gamefowl are extremely aggressive to other birds but probably the most docile breeds to humans. But you can only have 1 roo unless you wanna go through a lot of trouble.

Cochins are super sweet because they are way more calm. They’re just adorable and can get along with other chickens well too.

My black cochin was a big clumsy, sweet oaf! I've had four roosters so far. My blue copper maran is the biggest jerk I ever did see. Constantly doing his mating dance or trying to flog me. None of them have been as entertaining nor as gentle as my cochin. He couldn't be pet or anything, but he never once showed any sign of aggression toward me and was good to his ladies.
