I'm thinking this chicken is 12-16 weeks old. Also--most likely a roo. Any ideas on the breed?
 
Not a White Leghorn. Leghorns are slender birds, pronounced single combs, longer tails, and have bright yellow legs. None of those features match the OP's bird. Sorry.
not sure on gender but my guess its a mix
 
Looks like a rooster, but if the tail feathers are curved, it's a rooster. But wait, because I'm not sure. looks like an EE mix.

looks like a Easter Egger/Delaware cross. He has a beard and pea comb and the barred columbian coloring of a delaware.
its also a cockeral, I think someone on here "made" some they called Delliweggers ot something like that.

I agree that it's a Deliwegger. I wish I knew more about why the cross is done, it is interesting to me. Perhaps to get a more dual-purpose version of the EE?
 
Interesting! I checked his face and I hadn't noticed how puffy he was. Now that it has been pointed out, I am seeing the EE traits. I appreciate all the help.
