Mother abandoned egg &its cracking HELP!

My silkie bantam has already hatched out 5 of her 9 eggs all the other chickes are at least 5 days old. there are 4 eggs still in the nest and one egg has a little crack and the baby is cheepin inside.The mother is more interested in looking after her other chicks what can I do?.

sounds like you might need to get a heat lamp warmed up to brood them yourself. Good Luck.

I Have just poped it under the lamp, fingers crossed

well it hatched and I had it under the heat lamp all day , I have popped it back under the mother for the night, hopefully she will look after it untill morning. will post again in morning
