Mottled Houdan Gender Mystery

Hello! A few weeks back I received some great information about this chick's breed (Mottled Houdan) and possible gender. At almost 11 weeks old, the bird's comb is starting to redden, so wanted to check back to see if that means I've got a young roo on my hands, or if this bird is still looking pullet.
