Moulting question

    My ISA Brown, Rosie, seems to be perpetually moulting. She seems to have decided she is now a naked neck (her neck has been relatively bare for quite some time). She seems pretty healthy and happy and is still giving me an egg a day with the occasional day off.

    Should I be concerned? She just seems to never have a full body of feathers.

    Can you post a pic? Most birds will stop laying during molt.. I am just wondering if she doesnt have a genetic defect or possibly Mites/Lice....
