This is my 7 week old chick. In the last two days the the hairs on her wings have fallen and appers like in the picture above is this some kind of health issue? If so can you please tell me ways to treat it.
Note : She appears to be healthy and active.
 
Can you post some pictures of your set up, and more of the chick in question, so we can see the whole bird, also. It's possible this is just a phase of juvenile molt that looks worse than average, but hard to say. The bare spots on the wing shoulders looks like feather picking. Also, what do you feed? I would check them over for lice/mites, to be on the safe side.

This is my setup it is on my 190sq.ft. terrace with proper ventilation and lighting. I feed them with government certified starter feed.
 
Thank you for the pictures. I think I would give it some time, this may just be a factor of how this one is feathering out. It's not uncommon to have bare patches during some phases of juvenile molt, it can vary from bird to bird based on breed and genetics. Do some observing to make sure this one isn't getting feather picked by another, but it may all work itself out with time.
