how hardy are Mountain Quail live in north east can they take the cold

They're Indigenous To Country Far Colder With A More Harsh Winter, They Should Do Fine Up There Where You Are.

Hi i live in northern maine ,and my mountain quail do fine, my pen is12 feet long,4feet wide and4feet high with a4ft house with shavings in it,withtree boughs and logs so they can perch onthem.

I used to raise Mountains in NE Pa outside through snow & ice...no problem...also had Gambels, Valleys, Blue Crested, Buttons, Japanese, Bobwhites...no problems...all on wire with coups with straw.
