Mouse or Quail Droppings?

It looks like mouse droppings in my button quail coop, but I have never seen mice nearby. Is it possible it is button quail droppings?

If it looks like mouse droppings, then most likely it is. I haven't seen my buttons make anything that could be mistaken for mouse droppings. The mice most likely get lost the moment they hear you approach - or maybe they are only there at night.
