moveable nesting boxes pics please

I use 2 covered cat litter boxes for mine. My hens seem to like it and if I did need to pick it up and move it, they have handles! If you need a picture I can take one, but they are just cat litter boxes with lids!

I switched to storage totes a few months back... stackable, moveable, different sizes for different size hens... cutting entrance holes are easy. I leave the lids one for most all of them

In the hen house, I plan to put them on shelves where the old boxes used to be and turn them on their side, cut a hole in the bottom (which is now the front) and turn the tops (now the backs) to the egg collection doors, so I can still collect from the outside & use my doors.

Great ideas everyone. No I do not have anything built as they are only just now 12 weeks old. Since this is a large breed wider is better. Guess I shall keep an eye out for all these thing and see what I like best. I already have the cat boxes for my cats so that just might be it. They are deep enough not sure if they are wide enough.

hi im just wondering has anyone tried carboard boxes?? was thinking about using them i've loads in the shed for recycling.

I use stacking recycle bins. I like plastic as it is easy to clean and disinfect.
