moveable pen and rain

Sorry if this is a common question - BUT:
This is our first time raising Cornish X in moveable pens. And today is the first day it's rained since we put them out. They are dry where they are (because it started raining after the last move) so - do we still move them today? If we do move them, should we put hay down?

Thanks much, I'm leaning towards moving and using hay.
