I think that looks great. I start mine out at about 95 degrees the first week, and reduce the temp by 5 degrees each week thereafter.

I will remember to rotate them. It will be easy. I only put one screw in each side, because I wasn't sure if I did it right. twist, and add another screw.

Yeah, kinda pricey. But like I said, we get everything at cost, so it wasn't so bad. I've been raising babies for 6 months without it, so it's not a necessity, just a mind easer.
