Moving 4 week old chicks from inside bathtub to outside coop

Tomorrow my 5 chicks are close to 4 weeks old so I'm moving them to the coop outside. When moving the chicks from inside to outside, are there any precautions or things I should do to make the transition easy on them?

Not really. Just make sure they have food and water and keep an eye on them for a while.
I would also keep them in the coop for at least a week before letting them out. That way they know the coop as home and it will not be so hard to get them back in at night.

I put my chicks and brooder out in their coop from day one. I must admit I was out checking on them quite often.
