Moving a brooding hen

she has food and water but eats very little, almost nothing

Yeah, they don't eat much...but they need something.
She should get up at least every other day or so to eatdrinkpoop, can't miss that.
She may sit tight for a few days since being moved...then they sit tight again when hatching starts.
