Moving a broody hen and nest

I was missing a hen the last few nights but saw her here and there during the day... Followed her yesterday and she is in the neighbors front yard under some weeds and vines climbing a tree. Can I move her and the eggs closer to home? Can I put her in the coop with the other hens and roo's or should I keep her separate? How do I do it without stressing her?

Can you tell its my first time having a broody? She is a 3yo speckled sussex.

I just moved one yesterday. Put her and her 8 eggs in a already prepared box and put in the barn in a quiet corner so far so good !
