Moving across country. Need to re-home my precious flock of 10 hens.

We are moving from Malibu, CA to New England next month to a neighborhood that does not allow backyard chickens. I have kept chickens for more than 10 years here and have loved every minute. I have nine hens of various breeds (Delaware, Wyandotte, Easter Egger) and one hilarious, sweet Guinea hen named Dory. They have been in my care their whole lives and I will miss them terribly. I’m looking for an animal lover to take the whole lot of them together, since they are bonded as a flock. They are healthy and have not given me any problems during all the time I’ve had them. Happy to arrange transfer to a new home in whatever way makes sense. My concern is primarily that my feathered friends find a loving home where they can continue to thrive and be well cared for.

I would love to add your hens to my flock. Unfortunately, I think Malibu is a bit far from my location (I'm from San Fernando Valley). I hope you find a good home for them. :)
