Hello! I Have 3 4 week old chicks and I was wondering when would be the right time for them to move outside full time? I live in the U.K. and it’s about 20 degrees during the day and 11/12 degrees at night. I’m desperate to get them outside! Thank you 😀

I'd wait another week at those temps. 3 chicks aren't going to be able to keep each other as warm as a larger batch would.
Take away their heat source now so they can acclimate before you move them out.

great thanks so much, also when do most people move their chicks onto growers feed instead of chick crumb?

I recommend for most people without a great deal of knowledge of poultry nutrition that they stick to the feeding instructions on the bag.
I imagine they do something similar in the UK.
Each manufacturer will put the instructions, usually in the form of charts, how to use each of their feed types. After all, regardless of what they call the feed, they all have different formulas and they know what is in the bag and the age bird it was intended to feed.
One manufacturer has a feed called 'start & grow' - That is for feeding from hatch to point of lay.
The feeding directions on the bag is your best bet.
The two primary differences between starter and grower is protein % and the size of the crumbles. Finer for chicks and larger for older birds.
I like to use the higher protein feed till about 12 weeks in winter or 8 weeks in summer when I have more animal protein available in forage.
To put a finer point on it, it also depends on the breed of chicken. You will feed a leghorn much differently than a broiler chick.
