Moving Chicks outside

Hi,

I have four Rhode Island Reds. There were hatched on Feb 12th, 2014. I live in Colorado. Right now our average high is 50's or low 60's. Our average low is around mid 30's to low 40's. When is it ok to move my chicks outside into their coop?

I move chicks to their coop at 5 weeks old. If the temps are chilly I give them a heat lamp in one corner inside the coop so they can get warm if they need to while they get acclimated.
