Moving chicks to coop

Good morning everyone!

Currently we still have our chicken in the brooder, They are just over 5 weeks old. We are still building the coop and it has been a VERY cold spring. We are hoping to have the coop complete by the weekend to move them outside. But next week it’s suppose to snow and be below -1
Should we wait until it warms up to move them outside if it’s going to snow next week or are they able to handle the cold tempt at 6-7 weeks old?

If they are fully feathered and have been weaned off of the heat lamp - I would think so. We moved ours out around 5 weeks and they were completely fine at night in the low 20s. We found that the coop was about 8-12 degrees warmer inside than outside and they roosted together
