Yeah, that is just a temporary thing. I know that those hardware store lights will fall down if you look at them sideways, but I cleared out the shavings underneath and filled in the naked spaces with more shavings. There is also some ventilation where the walls meet the roof. The holes were just a little too big for all the predators in my area, so we covered up most of them with wood, but there is still some ventilation. There is also no door in the popdoor. It is nowhere near done yet, but they couldn't live in the old coop anymore. There is no nest boxes, roosts, insulation, or blocks to put the food and water on. But, it will protect my babies until it is done.
ETA: My daddy also put in a vinyl floor this morning!
