I have one of my eggs that has been moving alot for at least 5 hours. There is no sign of it pipping. Is there a point when I should be concerned? I would hate for it to die because it couldn't get out.

I'm just concerned because the rest of the eggs have pipped pretty good and this egg looks like it wants to roll all over the incubator. It is by far the most active of all the eggs.

You should name that one Happy Feet, it's dancing.

Please keep us updated on how it goes.

The egg that has been rocking is still rocking without a pip. It's starting to worry me.

Even though it's hard, I think it's Mother Nature's way...if they aren't smart enough or able enough to make it out of the egg, how are they going to survive on their own in the big world? Know what I mean? It's so sad when they don't make it out though. I've had that happen to mine, chirping and rocking then silence.

Maybe he will end up like sheldon from Garfield and friends....what a hoot that would be, just two little chicky legs sticking out the bottom lol.

Looks like the one that has been rocking all day finally pipped. It was at least 12 hours of rocking and rolling.

I hope it has the strength to get out now.
