I just bought about 13 eggs 6 of them are breeder sebright eggs that I would really like to hatch. I have had them all in the incubator and for 5 days and now I have two broody's

But can you move eggs from an incubator to a broody and still have them hatch without effecting the eggs?

You can, if the broody accepts them and stays broody, and all the other "if's" work out well. I'd do the switch at night. It's safest for each broody to have her own broody pen, separate from the flock, til they hatch.
