Ok well last batch of chicks I had last year were put in out into the outbuilding at 4 weeks they all were ok.
Now I have a dilemma as my batch of near 4 week olds (on Sunday) cannot go out to the outbuildings as the ducks are occupying the left over space. So I bought a coop snd the run is coming next week for them. Problem is the coop is huge compared to them id imagine theyd get cold quicker an we have rainy days (Ireland huh ) should I risk it or not. No heat lamp can go into this coop so thats a no no. Theres 5 chicks all in and they're off the lamp this 3 days doing good. But my hod there growing like super sonic birds lol they look cramped in brooder now
Help me decide
