Moving out!

It's coming close to that time where our oldest birds are feathered and ready for the outside world. My babies have grown up so so fast! We have one chicken in particular that hasn't gotten ANY feathers. She is eating, drinking, and pooping fine. But she literally has no feathers. She is younger but probably by only a week or so. I'm putting her outside when it's time for the rest to go out. Is this a no-no?

She is the one farthest to the right above our Isa Brown.

At that age, you can't really judge molting and feathering. I wouldn't worry.
In KY you can probably put them out. They'll hunker together at night.
