so i am staying with my grandma and i have been checking on my quail 2-3 times a day but i really just want to keep them here.. the drive time is about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. there are 4 chicks three are two days old and one is almost 2. will it be okay to move them? do you have any tips on keeping them warm?

they should be ok in a box without a heatlamp for that long in a car/van. pineshavings would help insulate and that's about it. not too big of a box though.

thanks. i dont have any pine shavings. do you think if i wrapped the brooder with a blanket and sat it on my lap it would be fine?
oh and the brooder i have is a ten gallon tank. will that be to big?
