y'all are killing me!!!

my best years were spent on a farm and I had 5 horses.... spent all my days with them I could. Best memories,,,, but no horses in my future. I do have 11 acres but no fences. And I warned my husband not to clear any so I wouldn't be tempted:/

I recently let my horses out to mow my lawn. The best mowers and trimmers I've ever had. They weeded the flower beds better than I ever do. And didn't eat a single flower. Not even the strawberry plants. Amazing I will put them in the yard every weekend from now on. I ran a wire around the perimeter and they never even tested it to if it was hot. ( electric fence hasn't been on all year) I'm. So amazed at what a wonderful job they did. Honey seems to like to trim around the rock gardens and weed the flower beds while Dixie systematically mows every sqaure inch of the lawn. I'm gonna call her my Dixie chopper. Haha! No more mowing for me. No more trimming. No more buying gas and trying to get those stupid machines to work. I can't believe this isn't common practice everywhere. In fact when I googled letting horses mow this is the only site or forum that came up. Mmmmmm crazy
