Mr.Bean needs ur help

My Rooster Mr.Bean has something going on with his legs & feet..i don't believe its bumblefoot but im not sure...Help!!

That redness normal, it means he has healthy blood flow. Both male and female have this but it's more common in males. But it looks like he has scaly leg mites, you can get poultry dust or spray to spray his legs then rub them down with Vaseline or oil.
