He deserves to be Mr. Chicken 2010 because he has really big spurs to fill and he is such a wonderful rooster! I decided to enter him today because he protected the flock from a hawk today and then attacked the hawk after the hawk attacked me!

Rooster's age: 1- 2 Years

Augustus represents a historical aspect of poultry. This ancient breed was brought to England by the Romans. Silver Dorkings were owned in the Roman Empire Era, and are the only breed to have 5 toes. I adopted him and his son, and they are beautiful piece of histories mysteries!
