Mr. Ed's Great Adventure
The sun was coming up, light was shining through the window. A furry face peaked up over the walls of our home. Then a furry paw rested on the wall of our home and pulled it down. We all huddled in the corner while the furry face starred at us and made funny noises. It did not try and get us though, so I went to investigate. The furry face watched me come closer and still just starred at me. Then I slipped through the bars of my house and fell... Down, down, down until I hit the floor. UMPPH! Good thing I have wings. BUT, how do I get back in my house now? But why go in, there is a huge area to explore. Furry face jumped down and started to follow me around. I tried calling for help, I yelled as loud as I could, but my brood mates would not come help me.
I left the white ground, it was a bit slippery and found green ground. It looked like a pretty color, nice and inviting. Furry face was still following me though, close behind, and I was getting a bit scared. I was getting cold too. I ran down a narrow stretch of green, and found lower levels, I went down, down, down some more, finding myself on another hard slippery surface. I was calling even more loudly for help, but no one except Furry face was there. I found another set of levels that went down, and went down them too.
I went as fast as I could, but Furry face kept right behind me. Furry face was so big. It was grey and light striped. It had big green eyes, and funny long whiskery things off of its face. It could go faster than me, it had four feet!
I found myself in a dark area, but through a red wall, I could see light. I started calling and crying loudly again and the red wall moved! It moved so fast that I got really scared and ran forward into the light screaming my full head off.
Then the big face looked down at me, the big warm hands cupped around me and picked me up. I started to the the giant all that happened to me and how the Furry face followed me all over. The giant brought me back to my house, and set me back in my warm bedding and my brood mates crowded around me. The giant fixed our wall and filled our food...
I am not going out again.
