Mr. or Ms.?

Hey everyone! I am a momma of 14 chickens and I have one chicken that looks and acts like a rooster. I can’t tell what it is though. It doesn’t make a crowing sound and normal roosters do. It looks like a Rhode Island Red, has a huge gobbler, and white things on the side of its face. It looks scrappy like a rooster, and can sometimes be mean. Help! Thank you!!
