Mrs White is 12 pounder light brahma who has been the matriarch of the flock for over a year.

Named after the game "Clue" which my 5yo who is "on the spectrum" loves and excels at. Can't beat the kid, which is kinda scary.

Had to give her an epson salt "foot bath" tonight to make sure mites weren't getting under her scales. My surprise, I think she/he kinda liked it. No fuss, not trying to "go batman escape wings" in the guest bathroom... just standin' and... soakin'... for like 20 mins... so we connected, talked about work, schools, kids, wives... lol kidding...

It's still warm around here (upper 90's) but still feathers are super absorbers, sending her wet is not option.

So I pull out the hair dryer start drying her legs and belly... she took it with no stress, seems like she kinda liked it.

Thank you! lol Mrs White is kind alike a fixture around here... Isaiah was 3yo when we got her. I can see her "retiring" comfortably in my office area. just surprised how "Mrs tuffness "adapted so quickly to goodnesses. Maybe like me, she's just tired of fighting. We did our share...

hope all is great @BlueBaby. Thanks for helping out on this. A flock is some work lol.... not sure ppl realize that. Girls have different personalities.... keep an eye guys..

Yes, they all have different personalities for sure. I've had a NN hen that's been broody for 3 week's now. I gave her 2 eggs that are due to hatch on Tuesday.
