One of my hens, since she was a chick, seems to always have diarrhea. She constantly has poop on her butt fluff. Shes the only one out of 10 that has the issue. No matter how many baths she gets, no matter the diet, I cant seem to fix it

Sounds like she might have a digestive issue. You might want to consider antibiotics for intestinal infections.
