I love Austin. My DD just moved away from the drought. Ha!! She moved to Vancouver, Wa. A lot of rain. I'm SE of Shreveport and I'm getting ALL of your rain too. 5" in the last 12 hours with 10" more expected. Thank Go . I picked up pine shavings.

we are definitely sharing in the rain! Saturday we got between 7 and 8 inches in about 5 hours. We are under flash flood advisories as its storming again. I love rain. But enough already. My driveway Saturday. Never done this before.

We've got more rain headed our way today and the rest of the week, through the weekend, and beyond! My chickies are started to get webbed feet.

My daughter reported to me about hearing on FB of all the rain in Austin. She can't believe it. When it stops raining, plant you some veggies in pots or Walmart bags. It will be a wonderful year for tomatoes, peppers etc. I'm waiting until next week.
