Muddy butt question

My girls (17) are all a week old. All have been very healthy and happy as he knocks on every piece of wood he can find

but one continues to get muddy butt. This is the 3rd time I’ve cleaned her and her vent looks infected

any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Looks like pasty butt to me and I had someone recommend keep cleaning it And add apple cider vinegar to water

Warm damp cloth and lots of time moistening and removing
