Muddy run

What's save to put down in the run to stop it getting as muddy on the areas that are most walked on?

To get rid of the water, you got to loosen the dirt so that they water can drain. You can use a metal pitchfork or a tiller.

Stepping stones, deep litter with sand and gravel under it for drainage, or the best choice a cement walk way but I feel that is to costly if you go with the stepping stones be sure to put sand or gravel under them first so they wont hold water

thanks will try loosen the soil, have got stepping stones down must of the walkway but need to get more will put some shavings/straw down for the time being
