multiple breed coop

I'm rebuilding/adding on/something! I'd like to design a building/s for housing 5 breeds separately plus a separate area for extra roosters. There should be attached outside runs. I have a summer breeding/brooding/grow out area so I don't need that. Has anyone built something similar or seen floor plans for such a building? The walls/roof part my menfolk can handle. I just need to come up with a realistic floor plan.

There is a couple in Alaska doing something like this & posted pix a few days ago. It had room for 4 different breeds with runs for each plus a brooder room. I would assume you could add additional space to their design for your extra roos.
