Multiple chick problem, help!!!

I have 2 chicks who are only a few days old, and one of them has 3 problems, which I need help trying to sort the problem out.

1) One of its eyes won't open fully, could it be a bit sticky or something?

2) It's unbalanced on its feet, it looks like it has small feet to me, the middle toe to the toe at the back is just bigger than my thumb nail.

3) It has a yellow/ red lump above its rear, its soft and squidgy to touch, could it be part of the umbilical cord? If it was, surely it would have dried and fallen off by now?

I'd have put it in the emergencies and diseases section.

The umbilical cord is below the vent, I believe. I don't know what is wrong with your chick, but it does sound to me like it may have some birth defects. Sorry. Maybe it will do fine.
