My only roo now is a RIR he has recently fathered Yuma a RIR SLW cross and She turned OUT to be a he so now i have 2 roos well then my friend gave me 2 D'uclle Leghorn crosses and 1 turned out to be a roo

If i have 30 chickens will my roos fight alot because if they are i will have to start looking for homes for them

It will depend on the personality of the roosters whether or not they fight A LOT.

Typically in a mild-mannered flock, they just sort out the pecking order and are fairly calm after that, but if one is constantly challenging another it could lead to more serious fighting.

Three roos in 30 chickens sounds like it might be ok, provided that they have a lot of space (free range if possible) you will probably just have to wait and see.

Results will vary depending upon the temperment of the roosters involved. There is a strong probability that the RIR will dominate the other two to the point that they do not dare to challenge him. If there is a problem, it will probably occur next spring.

What Tala said. Your roo's will have fights over a harem of girls, otherwise they might end up with each rooster having his own girls.
