can you create a warm pack for it..like a WARM washcloth in a ziplock bag-with a washcloth over that so its feet dont get burned--in a box with papertowels lining the box with sun light or a light above her until you can get a light?

Sunlight is a bit of an issue seems its almsot the middle of the night here.
But I will try my best.

I will.
It's almost as stressful as my first ever hatch... which was in the middle of winter

I would ask my family to look after her while im out but, my family doesnt like them or care for them like i do.

If it were me, It would be my 'pocket peeper'. I raised one in my pocket for a couple weeks - of course, I didn't sleep with it! Had to use a heating pad at night, and during the day I wore a loose dress with big pockets. Take it out every hour or so, and let it eat, drink, and poo - put it back in the pocket. We went shopping like that, and everything.

I hope your peeper is still alive, and you can raise it successfully. But I know it's a lot of work for a while. Best to you in Australia!
