Over the last 2 weeks I've lost 8 chickens and 1 turkey to what I'm call a murder chicken or possibly a murder guinea! There is no way for any other animal to get into their coup/run and they aren't eaten up with feathers everywhere. They do have some missing feathers and almost look smooshed. I have noticed the guineas (2 what I think are females) be kind or rude/aggressive towards some while they are free ranging but we also have 1 black chicken (3 total and some times I can't tell who is who) also being kind of mean. Is it possible 1 of the 3 or both the guineas are doing this? Right now I also have a polish who has a pretty tore up rear end, which is what happened to my turkeys when I found them dead (fine the night b4 went out next morning and they were both dead) I really don't want to lose any more as I love them all 😭 I'll attach a picture of the polish for refrence as this is what at least 3 of them have looked like

Sorry for your loss. What type of floor do you have? Is there any opening an inch or over a
door or windows, including chicken wire? Are they locked inside the coop or have access to the run? Do you have snakes? Foxes and raccoons can get in through dirt floors, while snakes can try to swallow heads and necks. Weasels may behead them, and are tiny enough to get in over a door. Can you borrow a game camera to set up in there? Spend some time with them to see if there is a bully. It is repair that chickens will kill one another. They can do feather picking and scalp injuries, or pick at the vent causing blood, where others will peck at because of the red blood. I hope that you figure this out.
