Muscavoy ducklings : eat well and drink but seem to laying down

Just got 2 muscavoy ducklings less then a week ago. Between 2-3 weeks old. Seem fine I guess ( I'm new to any duck ) eat fine drinking fine to. But after eating they seem to just sit down. Is this normal ? How often do they rest that young ? They are eating non medicated chick/ duck starter. What are signs they may be getting sick ? I'm so in love with these guys.

don't know anything about ducklings but, young chicks that age, can fall asleep standing up. They run around and then just poop out.
