Muscovies. anyone? anyone?

We just picked up 27 muscovy ducklings of varying ages at a local auction. We plan to resell most of them here in the city - the asian community around here is always looking for them.

Thank you Kansaskid. Muscovy ducks, in some southern states are considered pest. They are very territorial and they are feared by most other ducks. Muscovy duck, also known as Barbary Duck in the culinary world, is the best meat duck there is. If you go to a high-end restuarant, you are probably going to eat muscovy duck. Peking duck, also known as long island duck is served.
