After wanting muscovies for a long time I finally sent for them. I got 15 coming in from JM Hatchery. I plan on butchering the extra males since I really didn't want to order 15 ducklings but that is the only option you get with JM and I really want muscovies.

How long do I wait until I slaughter my extras?
Are they really less greasy than regular duck?
