Muscovy attacked by a dog

Muscovy was attacked by a dog this morning. The feather layer of skin on her chest is missing. I rinsed out the wound and applied healing oil. She is in a small cage in the house.
Is there something else I could/ should do? Some way to apply a dressing?

Is it just the feathers that are missing, or is skin missing as well?
I'd make sure she's eating and drinking, scrambled eggs are a good way to give her a boost of energy.
I'll also tag a couple of educators in case they have any advice

Skin is missing too. Muscles (deeper layer exposed but doesn't seem to be punctured. She seems to be eating and drinking. I'll scramble some eggs.

UPDATE: She got rid of the self-clinging tape (and dressing) in a few minutes yesterday - I had put an antibacterial ointment on the wound. This morning I got a silver-based ointment (Silbecor) and a baby vest which I put on back-to-front over the dressing and tape. It was around her neck but she's worked it down. Don't think it can go much further unless she tears it. She's drinking but not eating much and not the scrambled eggs - she crapped on that (and on me too when I redid the dressing...). Surgical gloves are useless as she tears them to bits trying to scratch me with her feet. Feisty is a good sign I think
