I have also had pretty good hatches with Muscovy eggs. I have a few in the bator that survived a 105 degree spike a week ago! sometimes they can be pretty hardy.

Well a second one has hatched. As soon as it's dried off a bit, I'll take pics. Darn they're slow at hatching! Hurry up, sheesh!

We have two new baby scovys out last week and 9 others on the way. One of our scovy hens layed eggs on Christmas and was nesting under the house. Well we are in Montana, so by the time we found her and the nest- most of the eggs had frozen except two. We put them in the bater and three days later out came two babes. Muscovies are neat birds!

Here are the little sweeties. They were supposed to be Choc x Lav but she told me that her Black might have gotten in the pen. Ummm guess he did. LOL
