Muscovy chest feather blood fat on end of it

My male Muscovy duck pulled this feather out and at the end of it there was a piece of fat looking stuff and a splot of blood on it. I have never seen this before should I be concerned?

Now I’m no expert but I’ve had that happen before and I believe it’s just fat and a little bit of fleshy blood. He might have found it uncomfortable and tugged it but it was still connected to tissue....... that’s probably what happened. I’m sure he’s fine but maybe get a second opinion?
