So I have four muscovies. Two hens and two drakes(more females, just different breeds). What would the colors for each be, and what would the babies look like? The hens and both broody and sitting on a clutch of eggs, due to hatch next week.

The females have brown on their chest in certain lighting

They are going to be blue and are most likely all going to have the white head. The only way they won't is if your hens are heterozygous for the trait, in which case half of the ducklings bred by the all black drake will end up with a black head. So at best you could hope for 25% of them to not have white heads. If that is something you are looking for (I am trying to breed it out of my ducks) then I would keep those offspring that don't have the trait because it is dominant but easy enough to weed out.

Here is a link to a nifty calculator.
And a quick reference chart.

You have some beautiful birds so far!

Thank you! These guys are show(not the black drake with white head}. We’ve shown the male before but not the females. Is it preferred with no white head?

Thank you!!
