I put the boys out this morning and noticed that the big boy hasn't gotten off his roost and keeps fluttering his wings. Any ideas?

Check for any signs of external parasites first- if he has lice it could at least explain the wing fluttering, but as far as not coming off the roost- I would suggest something more is afoot. Was it particularly cold overnight or were you letting them out earlier? Rule out environmental factors first for his actions so you dont worry unnecessarily about health issues. Give him a good check over anyway -
